Elizabeth Craig Weaver Proctor Medal
Awarded, by specific request, to non-members for exemplary service and creative vision in any field related to the Garden Club of America’ s special interest.
The awards committee may ask the GCA executive committee for approval to give the Elizabeth Craig Weaver Proctor Medal to a deserving candidate. Proposals are not submitted specifically for this award. If approved by the executive committee, the directors must confirm the decision.
