Environmental Studies
PROVIDE
financial aid to college students following
their freshman, sophomore, or junior years who
wish to pursue summer studies doing field work,
research, or classroom work in the environmental field.
The scholarships encourage young men and women
who are interested in furthering their studies and
careers in the field of ecology and offer an opportunity
to gain knowledge and experience beyond the regular
course of study. Work may award academic credit but
should be in addition to required courses. The GCA
selects and administers these awards.
