  2013 Jessica Robinson
School: University of North Carolina
Field of study: Will study at the University of Montana this summer as part of the Flathead Lake Biological Station Summer Session. Beyond the coursework, she will be immersed in the environment, hiking over 10 miles each day, conducting field work, and will complete an individual project focusing on water quality.
  2012 Courtney Hill
School: University of Arkansas
Field of study: Is a sophomore at the University of Arkansas. She hopes to work in the area of sustainable building processes. Her program is entitled Denmark Institute of Study Abroad Sustainability Program which will give her the opportunity to examine the concepts and philosophies of sustainability.
  2011 Grady Zuiderveen
School: Grand Valley undergraduate
Field of study: Grady will run a molecular analysis of the common reed (Phragmites) and will seek to identify the importance of genotype in its distribution and abundance.
    2011 Julia Mason
School: Harvard College
Field of study: "Through Operation Wallacea, Julia will work at four sites in Honduras, where she will provide research assistance in marine, terrestrial, and socio-economic projects."

School: Northland College - Sophomore majoring in Environmental Chemistry
Field of study: Will study permaculture at Ecocentro IPEC (Instituto de Permacultura e Econvilas do Cerrado)

School: Tufts University B. A. Biology - May 2010
Field of study: "Ecology Will conduct biology research at Tufts, concentrating on the best pollinator species to be planted on green roofs."

School: Rice University BS
Field of study: "Ecology Will study how invasive species affect pollination of a native threatened flower, Pitcher's Thistle, Cirsium pitcheri."

Field of study: Environmental & Conservation Biology 2006 - North Cascades Institute Summer Seminar on Butterflies. 2007 - Will study the distribution of butterflies using GIS/GPS.
