Walter Jones Weed Wrangle & Native Plant Restoration

Our project's mission is not only to identify invasive plants for removal from Walter Jones Historical Park, but also to propagate native plant seedlings for a planned habitat restoration at Walter Jones. To accomplish our mission, we need: 1. to provide additional compensation to our botanical expert for her time and expertise in invasive plant identification together with planning our native plant restoration project, and also: 2. to procure funding for the purchase of native plant seedlings for planting at Walter Jones.
