Ee Healthy Garden At Boys & Girls Clubs Of Greater Milwaukee's Camp Whitcomb/Mason

The Bee Healthy Garden takes a fun, holistic approach, teaching central city youth to develop successful emotional perspectives, despite challenges of violence and poverty. The first of its kind, Camp’s Social Emotional Learning (SEL) garden differs from other gardens through its preventive intent, preempting the need for healing gardens.  The inclusion of a yurt in our garden provides an undistracted, weather protected cocoon to instill SEL life changing tools, building confidence, self-esteem, self-control and patience.
