Rumson Rain Garden Emerald Necklace

The mission of the rain garden is to provide a rain garden prototype to educate home owners to plant their own native species rain garden “gems” that will embellish Rumson’s “emerald necklace” will also commemorate Frederick Law Olmsted’s bicentennial this year.
