Louisville Olmsted Parks Conservancy, Cherokee Park, KY

The goal is to protet between 100-200 plants of a rare Hexalectris spicata (Crested Coral Root Orchid) and a small population of Perideridia americanian (Wild Dill).  Both plants are considered rare in Cherokee a Fredrick Law Olmsted designed park listed on the National Historic Register.
