Hogg Bird Sanctuary Restoration

To remove exotic, invasive plants, to develop a plan for replanting with native species appropriate for wildlife, and to educate neighbors about the importance of habitat restoration for HBS. The cleared area described above defined the study area for the GCH-GCA Partners for Plants project. Grant funds were to be used to hire a consultant to prepare a plan for habitat planting in the project site.
