Peter Schmidt, Director of the Queen College Center for Environmental Teaching and Research, has been an inspirational naturalist who has benefited thousands of children and young adults during his past 28 years of designing environmental programs for elementary schools of NYC and Long Island, developing workshopd and teaching with hands-on involvement in the world of nature.
