Carol Raftis

Carol is a teacher at the Oliver Street Elementary School. Under her direction, the students have claimed abandoned tree wells & barrels to create urban gardens.  The students plant flowers and vegetables, giving them hands on horticultural experience and instills pride in their neighborhood. Proposed by Garden Club of Madison, Zone IV
