There are two main goals of the project 1) to help in the crucial restoration of this part of the San Francisco Bay ecosystem by giving of our time, effort, knowledge and money. 2) to educate our members as to the importance of the Bay ecosystem where creeks from our community flow out to meet the ocean, the unique habitat for plants and animals, the native plants that grow there and their purpose in the ecosystem, and the propagation techniques used to increase their numbers.
