Native Plant Revegetation Experiment at Greenwich Audubon

Hortulus Experimental Native Plant Revegetation Project aims to establish a sustainable solution for fighting invasive plants on Audubon trails by attempting to densely revegetate small areas cleared of invasives with native perennials, shrubs and ground cover. Our hope is to prove that planting densely with key natives at the onset, will prevent a significant reemergence of invasive plants.
