Becky Heath is co-owner with her husband of Brent and Becky's Bulbs. Becky, a former teacher, has co-authored "Daffodils for North American Gardens" and "Tulips for North American Gardens". It has been stated that she is the business brains behind the nursery but is never too busy to run seminars, tours and workshops. Her latest project is a teaching garden, covering all sorts of growing conditions which features plants that are good choices for the Chesapeake area. She has been the mainstay in handling the distribution of the Garden Club of America Daffodil to the GCA membership. Becky has appeared on the Martha Stewart program several times and also Good Morning America. She and her husband have been awarded gold medals from the American Horticultural Society, the Massachusetts Horticultural Society and a lifetime Achievement Award from the Garden Writers' Association as well as the National Garden Club of America Gold Medal. Member since 2011.
