Robert Grese, Director of Matthaei Botanical Garden and Nichols Arboretum. Mr. Grese is a professor at the University of Michigan's School of Natural Resources and the Theodore Roosevelt Chairman in Ecosystem Management. Additionally, Mr. Grese has written an important book on the career of garden designer, Jens Jensen.
