Former President and CEO of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, an environmental organization whose mission is to "Save the Bay." Winner in 1992 of the Presidential Medal for Environmental Excellence as well as other environmental awards. Employs 230 staff members working throughout the Chesapeake Bay region in three programs: on the water environmental education, scientific and legal advocacy, and land conservation. Will, a graduate of Trinity College, is former Vice Chairman of the Board of Johns Hopkins Medicine, currently Emeritus, an Emeritus Trustee of the Baltimore Community Foundation, and a director of Brown Advisory & Trust Company. He is also a founding member of the Institute for the Venice Lagoon. Member since 1998.
