He is a prolific writer, independent historian, museum director, architectural and garden restorationist, frequent television host. He is the 20th Century authority on the White House about which he has authored numerous books. His expertise has contributed to restorations in Ohio (Ohio State House) and in St. Augustine, Florida (the Ximenez Fatio House). Member since 2000.
