A single horticulture specimen, tended and groomed to the peak of its perfection for a Garden Club of America Flower Show, can intoxicate! Nature’s power and a gardener’s care produces awe and admiration of the infinite, intricate beauty. Yet horticulture is gardening, plain and simple, available to everyone.
Through the gorgeous displays of ‘hort’ entries at GCA Flower Shows, attendees gain encouragement, knowledge, and a sense of serenity. The GCA’s horticulture purpose of nurturing the knowledge and love of gardening is met at any GCA Show. The most important benefit of going to a show is the opportunity to SEE—to see what grows in a particular area and under what conditions. The visitor, whether a complete novice or an accomplished botanist, can revisit and reclaim old plant friends and also uncover hitherto unknown possibilities!
Check the list below of the upcoming GCA Flower Shows in your area that include Horticulture.
