Investigating marine sponge associated cyanobacteria-infecting virus communities across a depth gradient on reefs in southwest Puerto Rico
The goal of the project is to study cyanobacteria-infecting virus communities across a depth range associated with marine sponges. It will take place in La Parguera National Reserve. It will be divided in collection and creation of meta data, extraction phase, literacy and preparation period and a analazing phase.
