2020 The Katharine M. Grosscup Scholarships in Horticulture
Tanner Prewitt is a senior studying landscape architecture at the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University. He is also the president of the college’s student chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). His research has focused on native plants and their role in planting design. His projects have explored prairies, woodlands, urban ecosystems, and water resiliency through horticulture. Recently, Prewitt designed a memorial landscape park that won the Indiana ASLA Design Works Merit Award for students.
