Will conduct ethno-botanical research of Aromanian populations in the Southern Balkan Peninsula in order to make a comparative assessment of several distinct populations in Albania, Greece, Romania & Bulgaria. The Aromanians date back to the 6th century AD, and now live in small ethnic enclaves in several countries, maintaining their cultural practices.
