Documenting The Garden Club of America’s Accomplishments

The Garden Club of America is proud to announce the 2020-2021 Annual Report, Embracing Change, which highlights the positive and powerful spirit of both the national organization and our club members, the innovations made to strengthen the work in our communities and nationally, our connections and friendships, and our creativity, talent, and knowledge. The Annual Report presents the many resourceful ways member clubs stayed connected through advocacy, education, scholarship, and a host of new projects, including adopting the new GCA initiative—PARKS: Where Nature Meets Community—to honor the 200th birthday in 2022 of Frederick Law Olmsted, Sr.

Learn how the GCA leadership incorporated new technology to offer many “firsts” for the GCA, including allowing every club member to attend all seven GCA conferences virtually, free-of-charge—garnering over 10,000 virtual participants in combined attendance. And finally, the Annual Report showcases incredible, not-to-miss, photographs taken by our talented club members. We encourage you to read more on our 199 clubs and their nearly 18,000 members whose contributions have made significant, positive change to landscapes across the country.
